1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Use:

• "Platform": Calenware website and its calendar synchronization services
• "User": person who accesses or uses the Platform
• "Calendar": iCalendar (.ics) file generated by the Platform
• "Third-Party Sources": external websites and services from which events are collected

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Calenware, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms of Use
• You are over 18 years old or have authorization from legal guardians
• You will use the Platform legally and responsibly

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

3. Service Description

Calenware is a free platform (beta version) that:

• Collects events from public third-party sources (sports, technology, entertainment websites)
• Organizes and centralizes these events into synchronizable calendars
• Generates .ics files compatible with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook
• Updates events periodically according to source availability

Important: Calenware does not create, edit or validate events. It only automates the collection and organization of already public information.

4. Responsibility for Event Data

Calenware does not own, control or validate event information.

All event information (names, dates, times, locations, descriptions) is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Third-Party Sources from which they are extracted.

Calenware acts only as an aggregator and organizer of this public information, with no responsibility for:

• Accuracy of dates, times or locations
• Cancellations, postponements or event changes
• Errors or inconsistencies in original information
• Availability or unavailability of data sources
• Offensive, inappropriate or illegal content in event descriptions

It is the User's responsibility to verify critical information directly from official event sources.

5. Permitted Use

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Use calendars for personal and legal purposes only
• Not overload infrastructure with excessive requests
• Not redistribute or resell generated .ics files
• Not scrape, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access

6. Limitations and Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" in free beta version, with no guarantees of:

• Continuous or error-free availability
• Accuracy of information collected from third parties
• Compatibility with all calendar applications
• Real-time or fail-safe synchronization

Calenware is not responsible for:

• Missed, incorrect or outdated events
• Losses resulting from use or inability to use the Platform
• Damage caused by incorrect information from Third-Party Sources
• Temporary or permanent service unavailability

7. Intellectual Property

Source code, design and Calenware brand are exclusive property of the platform.

Collected events and information belong to respective Third-Party Sources.

You may use generated calendars, but you cannot:

• Remove Platform attributions or credits
• Commercially redistribute .ics files
• Copy or reproduce Platform source code

8. Privacy

Calenware does not collect personally identifiable data from Users.

We may collect anonymous usage data (analytics) to improve the service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Platform without prior notice.

10. Updates and Notifications

Calenware is a constantly evolving platform. We reserve the right to:

• Add new calendars and event sources
• Improve collection and synchronization algorithms
• Implement new features and functionalities
• Fix bugs and performance issues

Important updates will be communicated through:

• Notifications on the website
• Public changelog on the platform
• Email (when applicable for registered users)
